The therapeutic value of massage

This type of massage is reminiscent of dough mixing and rolling. It is performed with one or both hands, with both thumbs or thumbs and fingers, each movement being slow and careful, and not causing pain. For a deeper massage, the skin is pressed with the tips of your fingers. It is an excellent method for treating muscle, back and adipose tissue. Massage oils

The most commonly used massage oil is cottonseed oil, but apricot, almond, jojoba, olive, avocado, sesame, rice, peanut or sunflower oil are also used. For better effect, especially with cosmetic massage, up to 10% of natural butter or cocoa butter or coconut oil can be added to the lubricant. If 0.5% of Vitamin E is added to the massage oil, it is extended for up to 2 years.

Many therapists agree that sesame oil is the best massage oil we most often use in Chang Thai. It contains a large amount of non-saponifiable ingredients, so-called plant steroids or sterols (formerly known as vitamin F), which soften and strongly moisturize the top layer of the skin.
